Embroidery

Embroidered logos provide a high-quality, durable, and professional representation of your brand. Embroidery can be applied to the chest, sleeves, or nape of garments such as polo shirts, sweatshirts, or softshell jackets.

When your logo is properly digitised for embroidery, it delivers a visually striking and long-lasting finish.

Heat-Seal

Heat-seal (or heat-transfer) logos are ideal for quickly branding large areas of a garment, such as the back of t-shirts or hi-vis coats.

Available in single or multi-colour options, heat-seal transfers are perfect for waterproof or weatherproof garments and are an excellent choice when speed or cost efficiency is important.

Tax-Tabs 
Where discrete branding is required (for instance on corporate clothing for front-of-house or sales teams) we can provide tax-tabbing.  This is where a tab printed with the client’s logo is sewn onto the garments. 

Our Branding Process

We work closely with every customer, from initial enquiry to garment delivery, to ensure your brand is displayed exactly as intended. Our process includes:

1. Initial Enquiry

We begin by gathering all the details of your branding needs. This includes receiving electronic copies of your logo or design and discussing the desired placement on your selected garments. Our team uses its experience to advise on the most effective way to showcase your brand.

2. Proofing

Next, we generate a visual proof showing exactly how and where your design will appear on the garments. Proofs are sent within one working day of your enquiry. We require customer approval before proceeding.

3. Set-Up

Once approved, your design is set up on our in-house machinery and software, preparing the garments for decoration.

4. Garment Decoration

With designs ready, our team decorates the garments according to your specifications.

5. Quality Check

Every garment undergoes at least two rounds of inspection by our experienced Garment Decoration Team to ensure the branding meets our exacting standards.

6. Despatch

Approved garments are carefully packed and dispatched via our nationwide courier network.

We typically complete the entire process-from initial enquiry to delivery-within 12 working days: 2 days for proofing and set-up, and 10 days for garment decoration and quality checks.
